Becky provides leadership and supervision for missionaries, including strategic direction to align their life and work with The Mission Society’s vision, mission, and values. She also serves on the selection team, leads the placement team, and works with other staff and regional, field, and team leaders to develop and coordinate cohesive plans for missionary development and care.
