Richard oversees recruiting, coaching, and processing of missionary candidates. He helps candidates discern their sense of calling and guides them through the process of determining the best service opportunities. Richard also coordinates a team of staff and volunteer mobilizers who make connections with people who want to serve cross-culturally in a short- or long-term context.
