Neal has served on the board of The Mission Society since 2010, and has provided extensive counsel and leadership to the Advancement and Church Ministry teams. He has been in the marketing and advertising business for more than 30 years, and is currently president of his own firm. Neal has served as Chairman of several committees for his church and has gone on numerous mission trips.
