Immerse is a 16-month program that helps churches to immerse themselves in their communities for greater impact.

The program begins with a 7-month cohort for pastors where they develop leadership strategies that allow for personal thriving, casting vision in their congregations and raising up lay leadership for community impact. Alongside the pastor cohort is a congregation-wide training on vision, strategy and community engagement. Immediately following this training, a congregational leadership team from each church is identified. These teams then meet in a peer learning cohort of peer learning guided in a proven process to clarify and define their mission and values, to examine freshly the cultural context of the communities in which they serve, and to create a plan for healthy and sustained engagement in their communities.
